Information about the tickets

Tickets are available for Friday morning, Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. You will find the map of the stadium here.

  • A ticket for Friday morning will give the entrance for the morning program.
  • A ticket for Friday afternoon will give the entrance for the afternoon program.
  • A day ticket Saturday will give the entrance for the whole day program on Saturday.
  • A day ticket Sunday will give the entrance for the whole day program on Sunday.
  • There are 10 wheelchair tickets available per day. One attendant is allowed per wheelchair (not included in the wheelchair ticket). On Friday the tickets will be sold per session (morning/afternoon).
  • With a VIP Lounge Ticket, you have a seat on the 1st ring with the best view of the track. The ticket includes snacks and drinks during the afternoon/evening session. A VIP Lounge Ticket is available for Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday and Sunday. This ticket does not give access on Friday Morning.
  • With a Premium Passe Partout, you have one of the best seats on the 1st The Premium Passe Partout, will give the entrance to all days of the ISU World Short Track Championships.
  • A Passe Partout 1e ring will give the entrance to all days of the ISU World Short Track Championships.
  • A Passe Partout 2e ring will give the entrance to all days of the ISU World Short Track Championships. On Friday Morning you will sit in ‘vak GH’ in relation to the school program. On Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday you sit on the seats of your choice.

Passe Partout
The Passe Partout will give the entrance to all days of the Nederlandse Loterij ISU World Short Track Championships 2024. A Passe Partout is more advantageous than four separate tickets.

Please note:
With a Passe Partout 2e ring ticket you will sit in ‘vak GH’ on Friday Morning in relation to the school program. On Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday you sit on the seats of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE: Children up to 3 years old are free if they sit on your lap. There are junior tickets for children from 4 to 14 years. A junior ticket gives 50% discount. You can choice for a junior ticket in the drop-down menu in the ticket system.

FAQ

  • Are the prices of the tickets per day per event?

    The ticket prices are per day and include service costs. 

  • Where can I find the general terms of the tickets?

    You can find the general terms of the tickets for the ISU World Short Track Championships here.

  • I would like to visit the ISU World Short Track Championships with my kids. Are there special prices for kids?

    Children up to 3 years old are free if they sit on your lap. There are junior tickets for children from 4 to 14 years. A junior ticket gives a 50% discount. You can choose for a junior ticket in the drop-down menu in the ticket system. 

  • What is a Passe Partout?

    A Passe Partout will give entrance to all days of the ISU World Short Track Championships. A Passe Partout is more advantageous than four separate tickets. 

  • I’m in a wheelchair, what kind of ticket should I order?

    There will be special wheelchair places for people in a wheelchair. You can choose for a wheelchair ticket in the ticketshop. There is one attendant per person in a wheelchair is allowed on the wheelchair stand. An attendant must order his or hers own ticket, which is called ‘attendant’. This ticket is also available in the ticketshop.

  • I can’t open my tickets, what can I do?

    You need Adobe Reader to open the tickets. If you don’t have Adobe Reader yet or the ticket is unreadable in your version, we advise to download a recent version of Adobe Reader here.

  • Can the tickets be scanned on my smartphone?

    Yes, that’s possible. E-tickets can be scanned directly from a smartphone. For sustainability reasons, please do not print the ticket. Set the brightness of your smartphone screen to maximum. This makes it easier to scan the tickets. 

  • Do I have to print the tickets (in color)?

    A color copy is not necessary. The barcode is the most important on the ticket. Color or black-white is irrelevant. The tickets can also be scanned from a smartphone. 

  • Do I have to print the ticket in A4 format?

    The tickets must be printed in A4 format. This is the best way to scan the tickets, which will improve the walk-through at the entrance. Tickets can also be scanned from the smartphone. Please keep your smartphone ready and the brightness of your smartphone screen to maximum at the entrance.

  • Can I copy my ticket?

    The E-tickets have a unique barcode. The ticket can only be scanned once at the entrance of an event. So, it doesn’t make sense to copy or resell the tickets. 

  • What is ‘weet waar je koopt’?

    The website weetwaarjekoopt.nl warns against reselling tickets for higher prices than the original price. For more information, you can visit their website. 

  • I see different prices for the tickets for ice skate events on the internet, how is that possible?

    There are several websites where they resell tickets. Unfortunately, the organisation has no influence on this. The only official tickets sales channel for the ISU World Short Track Championships is wkshorttrack.nl

  • I bought the wrong ticket, can I change it?

    It is not possible to change tickets and/or request a refund. 

  • I haven’t used my ticket, can I have my money back?

    This is not possible. We don’t give refunds. 

  • I have never been to an ice-skating event. Where can I find information and how can I stay up to date with all the information about events?
    • First of all, we advise you to become #schaatsfan (fan of ice-skating) by subscribing for the newsletter on schaatsen.nl. In the newsletter, you will be informed about ticket sales of future ice-skating events. As a fan of ice-skating, you can get special actions and discounts of schaatsen.nl, KNSB and partners.
    • You can find more information on schaatsen.nl or wkshorttrack.nl.
    • Tickets for the ISU World Short Track Championships can be bought on wkshorttrack.nl. This can be done digitally; payment can be done via iDEAL.
